Description

Properties:

White loose fine powder, odorless, slightlybitter, easy to absorb moisture, soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol.

Main uses:

1. Used in the food industry as anti-moldagent, dough conditioner, buffer, curing agent, integrator, etc. Such as bakingproducts to pastry leavening agents, bread, biscuits starter, buffering agents,pectin curing agent (as gel), tissue improvers of yeast meat food;

2. Used for brewing, can increase thesaccharification power, improve the fermentation capacity.

Dosage:

1. cereals and products, beverages8-16g/kg;

2. vinegar,6-8g/kg(Ca);

3. baked goods, gelatin, pudding,stuffing,0.2%; Sweet sauces, toppings and pours,0.15%;

4.Drinks and milk drinks 0.6-0.8g /kg; Cereals and theirproducts 1.6-3.2g/kg; Infant food 3.0-6.0g/kg.

Storage:

Itshall be stored in a cool ,dry and ventilated place and shall not be mixed withtoxic chemicals for transportation and storage.
